The Mission
Backstory
I have always thought that money was the key to unlock life’s beautiful experiences but the truth is you don’t need a ton of money to do that because this universe is so vast that you wouldn’t be able to experience everything if you just started with the free stuff. However, that limits you and I am a creature of free spirit and don’t want to be limited. I wanted a way to experience life to it’s fullest form. This led me down a path of money, wealth and financial freedom. And while that is still the goal I have shifted my focus to one of the toughest life questions an individual might have to answer. Some spend their whole life trying to figure this out and some find it early on in life. Others know what it and give up on it and that is…
I struggled with this question. I thought I knew what I wanted but it turned out to be outside expectations that set me on that path of pursuit by my various social group. I’ve always enjoy being a good role model and leader when the opportunity presented itself. I think this stems from wanting to help people and I have noticed that people in general are more lost than they let on. If you have a simple conversation about what a person wants in life it will come apparent very quickly. With that thought in mind and my desire to want to experience as much of life as possible I came up with an idea.
Idea
What if I could show people the countless masteries, jobs, pursuits, lifestyles, hobbies, and more that this universe has to offer if you’re not willing to give up on yourself and your pursuit.
Challenges
The idea is simple but there is one major concern that I’m faced with because I don’t know the outcome and have no personal evidence of it being true. That is if the universe will actually answer if you don’t give up. My whole life I have wanted to make an impact on this world. Leave it a better place because I was part of it. The issue I’ve had is everything I have tried was, reflecting back, poorly timed, or poorly managed by myself. If you picture that image of a digger, digging for diamonds and one gives up early. Right before he reached his treasures and the other digger is aggressively still digging. I have always felt like I was the latter. Giving up right before my moment. This wasn’t always by my own accord but it did happen for every pursuit thus far.
That being said there are two ways to look at it. The first way is you can say, “you missed your opportunity,” which is a sad realization to think about. The second perspective is that those weren’t truly what you were meant to do but merely steps and moments of growth to prepare you for what that truly calling is. A mindset like that is what I firmly believe. If it’s meant to be, it’ll be. This is where the, “not giving up” part comes into play. Which is, for me, a mystery to be stress tested.
Solutions
My aw-ha moment or idea covers a few different elements that I feel will help make my life a meaningful one. One of those things my desire to try out new things. I am always in amazed by the talents and abilities of what a human can do if they dedicate their life to master something. I also like that vast number of life paths available to us as human beings. We can, without a question, do, study, or make anything we want. It’s really up to us. This brings me to the second problem this idea solves which is helping people. No single person can go and try out all the things that interest them in a single life and still master the one true thing that speaks to them. By me collecting as many life path options as I possible can, organizing them in a fun and entertaining way, and showing them to you it might help narrow down what speaks to you. It gives you a chance to explore life in a deeper way and save you time. The last thing and the most important to me is it show my family that I will never give up. Not on them, not on my pursuit of my goals and not on my ideal life.
